Refund Policy

This policy applies to the purchase of Playloggr Premium (one-time payment) made through the web or the app.

    ⏱ Refunds can only be requested within 48 hours of the moment the payment was made. After that period, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
  

1. How to request a refund

Write to us at nether.appdev@gmail.com within 48 hours of making the payment, stating your account email and the approximate purchase date. We'll confirm the request and process the refund through the same payment method used.

2. Exceptions

After 48 hours from the purchase, no refunds are issued unless there's a provable billing error on our part (for example, a duplicate charge).
If your account was suspended or deleted for violating the Terms and Conditions, no refund applies.

3. Processing times

Once a refund is approved, how long it takes for the money to be credited back depends on your payment method and the processor used (generally between 5 and 10 business days).
